Adham Hanafy's journey began in his family's shipping business, where he encountered the daily struggles of managing a fleet. From organizing logistics to keeping operations running smoothly, he soon realized that fleet managers lacked the right tools to work efficiently. Frustrated by outdated, overly complex systems, Adham thought, "Why not create something better?" This spark of inspiration ignited a dream, a world where fleet management wasn't just about getting by, but about thriving, where efficiency, reliability, and profitability were within reach for everyone.

In 2023, energized by the dynamic atmosphere of Alexandria, Adham made the bold decision to found HNDL. His goal was more than building a business; it was about creating an ecosystem that would empower fleet managers to overcome challenges and unlock their potential.

Recognizing the importance of teamwork, Adham turned to Mostafa Aboelsaoud, a former teammate from their days building cars in the Formula Student team. Together, they formed the foundation of HNDL and were soon joined by Mohamed Abugad and Mohamed Ghareeb, who shared their passion for change. United by the values of Integrity, Disruption, Collaborative Spirit, and Knowledge Sharing, the team set out to transform the industry.

By early 2024, HNDL officially launched in Egypt, at a time when the logistics sector was ready for innovation. The team knew they could make a lasting impact, not only by streamlining fleet operations but also by helping businesses save money and reduce their carbon emissions.

Today, HNDL is more than just a company. It's a movement. The team is building a community of fleet operators who share their vision for a more efficient and sustainable future, fueled by collaboration and the power of knowledge.
